Superb customer service! Especially Mr. Singh. They are so accommodating, patient and kind. First time in Hongkong and it felt like a home ❤️Accessible location, affordable, clean room as always there’s a new towel everytime we get home. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back and book a stay with them again. Thank you Delta Lounge!

the indians staff in the reception are very nice and welcoming especially Aaron and ate jolie, except for the filipino small lady who was unwelcoming, she didn't help us when we asking a spoons & fork and headed foot my friend. We're just little disappointed abt the hotel & room quality but our overall experienced was great. the location and city was amazing.
