The hotel itself was fine; there is a metro stop nearby that makes access to downtown easy. For the day of our departure I booked an airport shuttle at the front desk and told them I needed pickup at 6:30 am. They told me it would be there at 6:30 am. The shuttle never came; the front desk staff kept telling me to wait longer. I got a cab at 7 am. The front desk returned my money grudgingly. Not to be trusted!

Fantastic
Clean and cosy. Room was great, on ground floor. Breakfast was fantastic and so was dinner in restaurant. Most importantly staff were lovely Bit out of town but hotel was situated between 2 metros (5m walk) into heart of Budapest

The hotel staff were fantastic and attentive to your needs. This is a good clean basic hotel and was used for the GP weekend and provided overall good value for money.
