The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, multilingual. The property is nicely situated near both metro, RER, and bus routes that will take you to tourists sites, yet far enough away for the tourists sites to be more authentically Parisian.

Stayed with family

A lovely place with an excellent location. The rooms are sparkling clean and the bathroom was large and modern. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We will be returning to Paris on the return trip and will stay here again. I will certainly recommend this place to a friend.

Very quaint hotel. Small but exactly enough room for two large suitcases and 2 carry ons. A/C worked well which was appreciated since there was a heat wave outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location.

Friendliest staff, clean hotel, great breakfast, modern feel, easy metro accessibility a bit outside of town, and nice touch with slippers & robes If you want a larger room, please be sure to check. It is not always what shows up on Expedia. I didn’t mind but some might.

The stay itself was overshadowed by serious issues with billing and pre-arrival handling. Multiple large pre-authorization holds were placed on my card during the free cancellation period, despite the booking clearly stating “pay at the property” and deposits due at check-in. These holds are still blocking a significant amount of my available funds for over 10 days and caused unnecessary stress immediately before arrival. Communication from the property and Hotels.com was inconsistent, and clear explanations or policy citations were not provided when requested. While no funds were ultimately charged, the handling of pre-authorizations and lack of transparency made the experience extremely frustrating and disruptive. This is not what I expect from a confirmed booking, particularly for international travel.

A comfortable stay in EVERY way. Our room was lovely, the location was accessible to so many shops, restaurants and places to see, and the staff - particularly Gabriela!! - were warm and kind. We would recommend Casimir to anyone staying in Paris.
