This is our 2nd time coming back to stay with Pantai Indah. previously we booked with booking.com, this time via klook. Services are top-notch. The reason we booked also because the villa is very spacious and big with a big pool for kids to play. clean rooms and very fast buggy services. very convenient as there is an in-house restaurant, price is considered comparable to restaurants in Plaza Lagoi if you are lazy to go out to plaza lagoi. They provide in-room dining services as well. very chill place. will come back again.

staff were helpful and friendly and provided water and towels when asked. it rained when we were there and the outdoor bed under the pavilion got wet as the roofing leaked in several spots. the beach is quite small and not as well maintained as I liked. breakfast served as generous and good variety. I enjoyed the briyani but fried chicken was very dry. location is a bit far from Lagoi plaza and beach and you need to pay for a taxi S$5 for 1 way from hotel to Lagoi beach area.

very beautiful villa! we were thrown aback by the friendliness of the staff there! It did rained a bit while we were there but that cleared up pretty quick and we still got our swimming done! Breakfast was HUGE!! would loved to stay there again!

The resort was quiet when we visited but as expected from Bintan, everything was expensive, including getting a driver. Overall a really nice villa to relax, but there are not many activities available.

Went with my friend’s family and my kid. Altogether the rooms are nice and clean. Toilet is open air so privacy might be an issue if you are more conservative. Pool has jacuzzi and clean enough for us. Will be back again.

Cleaner than most of the other resorts, transport is conveniently provided in view that the resort is a bit distant from ferry terminal. Food at resort are not very cheap but is good. Pool is also clean, didnt see much flies in the pool.
