Very clean and breathtaking view of victoria harbor from our room. They have a very friendly and accommodating guest relation officer named Bruce Lui. He helped us a lot during our stay and he speaks english fluently. He is a gem in 181 hotel. He should get promoted or at least a salary increae for doing his job very well. I've been in different hotels in HK but never met a kind, friendly and very accommodating employee, Bruce Lui.
