객실은 낡았어도 관리는 잘해서 괜찮았어요. 겨울인데 새벽에 난방이 꺼졌는지 추워서 프론트에 연락하니 친절하게 대처해 주신 것도 좋았어묘.

12월14일~12월6일까지 2박3일 일정으로 온천여행 갔으나 당일 객실이추워 온도 올려달라 요구 했으나 이동식 조금만 온풍기 갖고옴 객실침대 바닥양탄자(곰팡이) 방안 공기 탁함(할수없이 피곤해서 잠깐자고 샤워하고 퇴실(15일) 1박하고 환불 불가 여행 망치고 피곤한몸 엄청 실망하고 귀가 사전에 알지 못한 죄(숙박료 거의20만원 사라지고 화만 잔뜻... 퇴실할 때 프론트에 잘못된점 지적하니 직원 머리만 끄덕 ... 금전적손해 와 마음적 상처만 남았다... 앞으로 호탤닷컴은 현장실사도 하고 회원들에게 정확한 정보를 제공 하여야 한다.

비누 외에 다회용 삼푸린스 등도 제공되지 않아 당황스러웠어요. 어메니티가 담긴 비닐 파우치가 배치되어 있고 4천원이라고 쓰여 있었어요. 친환경이라지만 다회용 용품의 비치가 필요할 것 같아요. 오래된 호텔이라 여기 저기 낡고 실리콘에 곰팡이 있었고 침대 매트리스는 별로였어요.

호텔도 쾌적하고 사우나 시설도 잘 관리되는 것 같아 매우 신뢰가 갔습니다. 직원분들 친절하세요. 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 호텔 조식이 평일에도 뷔페식이었으면 더 좋겠어요.
