Solo stay · For leisure

Before I get into the negatives, the staff here are absolutely amazing and they are genuinely brilliant. The problem is the other guests. A fella here got robbed during the night and the bathroom/kitchen is filthy because the other guests absolutely trash it. They have also been doing visa scams and stealing stuff out of people's bags. For that reason, I generally wouldn't recommend this hostel. Which is awful because the staff are amazing, it's just the guests are the problem.

Solo stay · For leisure

No proper room cleaning, bed and pillow were dirty, lot of bugs on the bed, dirty toilets, staff is rude in behave when we complaint about cleaning. Air conditioner was switched off several times by staff. Better to stay some other hotel located in same area
