Friendly staff and polite owner, quite location, fantastic deluxe room with tv and many channels, delicious breakfast.They have tours and scooters for rent with reasonable prices. If you see the cat coming through the hotel please pamper him is very lovely. Highly recommended this place.

Fantastic It was a trip for 4 days 3 nights to Lombok and stay at Villa Maatano. It was really a memorable stay at VM with a great friendly staffs and owners of hotel.
But, Overall a Nice Hotel with Good Hospitality and Value for Money. Will stay there again in our Next trip to Lombok!!!

Fantastic Lovely New Hotel.
Very Villa like. 5 minute walk to the beach and nice restaurants.
Staff were excellent. Comfortable King bed.
If you are on the upper levels be prepared to walk a lot of stairs.

Below average The staff are lovely but I did not enjoy my stay here because the room was infested with ants, the television did not work at all, and the room was very noisy - right next to a kitchen with dozens of staff making loud noises early in the morning and I could hear every word they were saying. The location is also not the best.
