Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Astana Wing – Riverside Majestic Hotel. The hotel offers a comfortable and convenient accommodation experience, with a good location and easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were generally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One area for improvement would be to ensure consistency in room facilities and maintenance to further enhance guests’ comfort and experience. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, and I would consider staying at the hotel again in the future.

Superior Room with River View · 2 Adults · 4 Nights

The Reception staff have no idea that Klook has included all the Malaysian Tourist Tax payment in our booking, luckily I have printed out my hotel payment receipt & they requested me to have my hardcopy, otherwise there would have been a delay upon my check-out :( , generally the room was okay except the white towels provided were well worn down & yellowish, wonder why management couldn’t upgrade this after so many negative reviews with regards to this matter. Hopefully they will do soon.
