Very polite and helpful staff.
Very clean. Top location.
Could need small maintenance in some places. A second chair would help when 2 occupants want to have breakfast.
The positive outweighs the cosmetic shortcomings.
Would definitely book again.

Room was very clean, but the hotel needs a bit of TLC and refurbishment, the breakfast is ok, location good. The air Conditioning was not working and was told to open the windows.!! the air conditioning was engineer locked to 28* not ideal when the outside temp is 25* and the room temp is 32*

Good hotel. Central and easily walkable to major landmarks. Breakfast brought to your room each morning at request. Only problem was the air conditioner. We could not control the room temperature and it was very cold.

Hotel in a good location close to the main attractions, the problem is that the area is very noisy. The rooms are big. The internet is very poor.

Arrived to a hot room late at night, found out that the AC is only on heating and no way to change it to cooling late in March!
Room was big and decent, needs a bit of fixing, Table tops and toilet broken, floors peeling.
Breakfast has to be ordered the night before, an option to eat at the small lobby or in room at time you specify the day before (they were always on time) but the room only has one chair for 2 people to eat.
For the price the service is great for what you pay.
