The personel at Hotel Vincci Soma is very friendly and efficient. If is is within their ability they ALWAYS do what is requested of them. As for the Hotel amenities, the sauna is what helps me get over my jet lag instantaneously after my session. HOTEL VINCCI SOMA is where I always stay in Madrid for those reasons.

Solicite un cuarto para 2 adultos, al llegar la cama matrimonial eran 2 individuales unidas pero cada una con sus sabanas independientes. Solicite que me las unieran como una sola cama matrimonial y me dijeron que eso no era posible. una cama tenia ruedas y de movia mientras la otra no. Ubicacion muy buena, atencion insatisfecho.
