Rooms are slightly dated, but are large and spacious and quite well equipped. It was clearly stated that this property had no elevator and was stair access only; these rooms are definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The Quest Savoy was perfect for us, being within easy walking distance to the RHH was important. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was serviced beautifully. The reception staff were professional, competent and friendly. The only down side was off site parking, however it was only a short walk to a carpark. Payment and registration was arranged by the Quest Savoy staff .

Centrally located to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen needed oven gloves and a box of alfoil woud be good to replace on the oven tray after it has been used. The laundry was located on level 3, it is a very small room, however it did have a washing machine, dryer and the soap powder was provided along with clothes airers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily cleaning was good but not provided on the weekend.
