Excellent location, clean rooms and very good breakfast. Our room and bathroom were a bit small but we made it work. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for two nights.

Love it! Such a nice place, 2 minute drive all to our favorite waterfall. Hot tub and sauna outside and a delicious breakfast included in price.

This is a 3 star hotel. I’ll start with the positives. It was very clean and house keeping came everyday. There is a coffee machine on the first floor which was convenient and a nice touch. Now the cons the building exterior is in need of repair and when you pull up to the entrance you are parking by their dumpster. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. They desperately need new mattresses. The breakfast was okay but eggs and bacon everyday for 6 days gets old quick.

Fantastic
An unassuming property away from the crowds in early May. Still within walking distance to Skogafoss (save the parking fee). Self-checkin was super convenient. Breakfast had a variety of breads, cereals, hot items, skyr, yogurt, jam and toppings. Bathroom was a bit small but had all necessary pieces.
