Room was clean and Huge. But there needs the following improvements. Shower has not pressure, just a mere trickle and the bathroom needs a fan as towels don't dry in the humidity of the bathroom.

Fantastic
The staff were really kind and helpful! The breakfast was good and they even made breakfast for us really late on the last day as we got back close to 11:30am after whale watching. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked well.

Fair room, fabulous breakfast, and absolutely amazing staff!! They helped with everything, upgraded our rooms for free, let us check out 2 hours later, and let us stay in the hotel lobby a few more hours till we got our taxi.

Property was not great. But the staff were absolutely fantastic!!! They were most helpful and outstanding. It is not their fault the property is the way it is. It was cleaned to the best possible but fixtures and furniture need major upgrading.
