very good for budget friendly stay in HK. We just paid an extra halfday amount of 100HKD bec we checked out almost 12 in the afternoon. no consideration. but overall the stay is fine and smooth.

Close to the Ladies Market, MTR, there are 7-11 stores, and cheap local restaurants. Also close to Ichiran Mong Kok. There are several lifts (elevators) so it doesn’t take long to get up and down. As an Asian who does the business using water to clean up after, I am glad they had a dipper. Not sure if the previous tenant left it there or its the hotel’s. The hot water runs but takes about 3 minutes. You wouldn’t need an adaptor for your chargers because their outlets have it already. They have a commonal refrigerator as well as hair blower. Also have water dispenser with hot water. I chose 2 single beds for two people. Space is enough for our 3 luggage but not spacious for large ones. They change the sheets and cleans the room. Aircondition works. Also has a TV. A couple of clothes hangers. Worth the cheap budget.
