Excellent location right in the heart of Annecy, perfect for exploring the old town on foot. The room was quite small but comfortable and had air conditioning. It can be a little noisy at night because of the lively central location. The hotel is dog-friendly, although dogs aren’t allowed in the breakfast area. Fortunately, there are plenty of dog-friendly cafés nearby. Parking and carrying luggage to the hotel can also be difficult if arriving by car. The young lady who checked us in was particularly welcoming, kind and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the location.
