Leverage is a no frill budget hotel. My family of 4 have stayed at this hotel multiple times every times we visit Sutera and Paradiam Mall. Location is central to these 2 destinations. Public parking is available but using the. MBJBspot app for parking fees (only Sunday feee parking). staff there for this visit were professional but cold. Did their job but no greeting, no smiles. Family room is ok. Clean and beds were comfortable. Aircon is cold and shower hot water is good. The wall paper is a bit worn with some yellowing and stains though. No smart TV so no Netflix or cable just free to limited air channels. There’s a local eaterie next to it that opens till late and a few pubs nearby. It’s good value for an affordable no frill overnighter stay. But not one if you want a memorable stay experience. overall still good value for a sleepover hotel.

This hotel has a good quality for traveler and we must get a good feeling there. the reception is good enough and room is also clean and facility is almost perfect. particularly wifi connection was great.

I like the hotel. Convenient and easy to find. But, the the bed sheet is smelly...The room quite smelly. Water from shower leaking till bedroom.q But overall still fine for me..

4 star business hotel service. All in all a pleasant stay during my trip there. Will be back again in the event i need it. Location is quite far away but taking grabcar will solve the issue.
