Our 3 day stay was worth it! They allowed us early breakfast during our nusa penida day tour, allowed us to swim despite our late check in and were very kind everytime we arrive at night from our explorations. They also made sure we were attended to especially when we are for room service. The rooms were also good!! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and internet connection was great! I would like to commend the staff for their very bright and friendly attitude towards us! Very hospitable!

Location of the hotel was superb! There were 2 convenience stores right infront of the hotel and a padel club court for those who would want to play and exercise during their stay. It was also walking distance to the restaurants and shops so we would always go out for dinner and enjoy the streets of kuta.

As we arrived in our hotel, we were welcomed by the staff with smiles on their faces. They helped us with out luggage and processed our rooms immediately. They also accepted our request that our rooms be beside each other.

Check-in Experience: We were welcomed with drinks on arrival, but check-in took longer since our room wasn’t ready. Staff offered free food while we waited, though we declined because we had an appointment. Room Quality: The room was smaller and older than it looked in photos, but it had everything we needed. It was also near the kitchen, so it got noisy during busy hours. The door didn’t lock automatically and needed a hard push. We also saw a rat in the room, which was umexpected. Food: Breakfast was included, and food selection’s good for Asians. You can request a packed meal if you need to leave early. Location: Hotel is in the heart of Kuta—close to Beachwalk, convenience stores, and some restaurants and bars. Close to airport. Facilities: We didn’t swim because the pool water wasn’t clear. There’s parking available for rented motorbikes. Overall, our stay was okay. The rat was likely an isolated incident, but everything else was generally fine.
