We arrived very late. The taxi let us off early because of police activity and we had to walk down a dark alley to arrive. At first we thought “what did we book?” But in the morning and during the day the hotel area was lively and busy. The hotel is located at the end of a long busy street. The breakfast was good. Good location to see the sights on this side of Istanbul.

Jhan at reception was an excellent host. Room was clean daily. Very good breakfast and in a great location close to all needful

I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail, which made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were exceptional throughout my visit, Friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s location. Situated in the vibrant Karaköy area, it was within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and key attractions. The Bosphorus was also very close by, which made it even more special to take in the beautiful views and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Triada Hotel Karaköy to anyone visiting Istanbul. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or business, it offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and excellent service!

An awesome place

Some of the staff were friendly and helpful others were rude and didn’t care that they didn’t meet the standards. I had to call in 2 occasions for my from to be made although I had left the card outside asking for my room to be mad and freshened up. My safe was broken and after every day asking for a replacement they came with a replacement on the final day. The breakfast was a waste of time there was barely any selection
