Nice people, nice location. On site parking which is odd for a boutique hotel in SF. Only complaint is there is no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. Minor nit.

Such a beautiful place, great location and super nice staff! We also loved the location and the quiet of our room. The staff needs to learn to make a proper espresso, truly. They could up their game on the atmosphere with music in the downstairs and maybe some live greenery. We were there at Christmas and the decorations were dismal. It is just short of how spectacular it could be. It wouldn't take much.

Fantastic Great hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has so much personality. We will definitely be coming back.
