Lovely hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff and a lovely bar/restaurant. The room had everything we needed including a nicely stocked mini fridge, iron and robes. The location was perfect, close to the town & the docks. Highly recommend

The hotel is tired and a bit shabby. The room didn’t feel clean and crisp and most disconcerting was the mould in the shower. Not sure around the sealant and in the corners, but the hand-held hose was riddled with it and loads of small bits of mould came out during showering and were swirling round the shower tray. Nasty. We complained but the ‘deep clean’ didn’t happen and nor did they replace the hose as requested. Staff were friendly. Location good. Didn’t eat or drink at the hotel.

Would LOVE to Stay Again . Simple Answer Amazing Shower 😁 Only Small thing Breakfast with my wife unfortunately there is big 2 dead flies on top of the bacon which my wife told the waiter to move it straight away before anybody see it . We are vegetarian anyway but comes to food must be top notch . But everything is all Good would love to stay again in Good way . Been in Hotel management for more than 15 years I know what is Like especially all over the world plus working with Royal Sultan of Brunei .
