This room served our purposes perfectly, providing a central base for us to explore the city and provide a comfortable place to put our feet up.

Nice place great location just could do with a spruce up

Clean and modern, easy check in process. Very central

This is the best place to stay in Liverpool! We stayed for three nights out of a two week trip and this hotel was by far the highlight. Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze. In unit laundry, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster and kettle along with necessary cooking utensils allowed us to visit the nearby Tesco to pick up ingredients to prepare our own meals, and run a load of washing while we went out to explore the city. The separate sitting room allowed us a break to catch up on some TV on a couch. The bathroom featured a large tub with shower, and the soaps provided were eco friendly and smelled amazing. The bedroom was a separate room that was so quiet and blackout curtains aided in a great night sleep in a comfy bed. We hope to be back to this Cove hotel, and if not this location will visit other Cove hotels in the future.

The property is perfectly located in the centre of Liverpool one. The apartment itself had an amazing view over Liverpool one and down onto Albert dock, it was clean , comfortable and very spacious with all the amenities and appliances needed for a short stay. The check in process was very straight forward and the staff were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location right in the centre of Liverpool One, but that also makes it very noisy at night (not just party-goers, but the herring gulls!). Our 1 bedroom was roomy, clean, modern, and comfortable, with an especially well-equipped kitchen for an apart-hotel. There was even a Le Creuset cafetière! The washer/dryer was full size, and there was plenty of room to set up the drying rack. The only odd thing was that every single room had a fire door (living, bath, bed, laundry) that shut automatically, so the spaces could feel a bit claustrophobic, and the doors prevented air circulation from the nice big windows. We used the footstool to,prop open the living area door, which really helped, and asked for a doorstop for the bathroom so we’d be able to find our way at night. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent as always. Ideal for a family getaway.
