Staffs of the hotel are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great with lots of food variety nearby! Easy to travel around with Blue and Yellow MRT nearby.

Love the location just a minute from Arab Street, the room is splendid complete with washing and cooking for our stay, and we love our experience at Pan Pacific Serviced Suite. The view from our room looks great, definitely a wonderful experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary. One thing I would like to see in the future is having a bidet in the toilet. Sadly didnt get to try their breakfast as there's no breakfast on Sunday

A Very Cozy Place and surprisingly Beautiful when you are in the room! At first i thought that it might be small due to the reception area which was way to different if youve been to shangrila sentosa and crowne changi. but once you get to your room… everything instantly changes! feels like your home with all the basic needs and spacious room/ dining/ living room and kitchen space. Not to mention the very welcoming people that checked us in! Kudos to Adni who was keen to detail. he noticed that it was my son’s bday. The guy surprised my son with a bday cake complete with a lego f1 gift! Many Thanks to you guys! Will definitely come back to this relaxing place! Cheers! 🍻

My wife accidentally dropped her wedding ring in the hotel, and both teams provided strong support and assistance throughout the process. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, we were finally able to recover the ring. We truly appreciate their help and excellent service. Definitely needs a bidet to be installed. Its like what...2025?? Also, aircon was louder than usual. Excellent staff though. And the free to use pool table and massage chair was a plus point.
