Fantastic The hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the pillows! Only stayed one night so unfortunately couldn’t use all the amenities. Would recommend highly!

Fantastic We recently stayed at Royal Sonesta while visiting the Inner Harbor and attending Phillies/Orioles games. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained and welcoming . The rooms are large and well appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable too! The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the harbor, restaurants and close to Federal Hill and Fells Point. The entire staff from housekeeping, valet / concierge, front desk, restaurant and cafe as well as management were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming- it is a well run hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Such a nice hotel! From the fun key cards, pool and hot tub, the spiral staircase and the amazing lady that runs the coffee shop, we had a great time!

Fantastic We stayed at the Royal Sonesta in Baltimore over the weekend. We were in town to see a couple of baseball games at Camden Yards. This hotel was in the perfect spot for us to walk to Camden Yards for the games and to also be able to wander around the Inner Harbor area. Every employee we came into contact with at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. Just FYI...if you drive a stick shift car, you will need to self-park. That wasn't a big deal for us because I know manual transmissions are few and far between these days. The hotel was very quiet in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Good The property was very nice in a great location. While a little older, the rooms were very neat and very clean. The pool and fitness were very nice as well. The checkin and checkout process were exceptional! Both Trey (I think that was his name) at checkin and the lady (forgot her name) at chekout were extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient.
The restaurant however, was far below our expectations. The service was awful. We met some friends for dinner there and the restaurant that says it is a Gastropub was out of all of the draft beers. Each time I ordered a different beer, the server came back each time as told me they were out. After the third attempt, he told me that there was no beer. So I ordered a glass of wine. After he left and came back, they were out of the wine I selected. Someone else from the restaurant came over and told us that they are out of some items due to not receiving them. In addition to all of the drink issues, the service was poor and wait time was very long for our entrees (almost an hour). There was only 2 other tables having dinner at the same time. I would not recommend any meals at this restaurant.

Fantastic The hotel is well located for the Inner Harbor (right across the street). The valet parking was great and the hotel room (with Harbor View) was fantastic.
