Very spacious rooms with cozy atmosphere

We had a wonderful three-week stay at The Figo Hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. The location is very convenient — close to transport, restaurants, and everything you need, yet still tucked away enough to feel quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and the team was consistently warm, professional, and helpful whenever we needed anything. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere — it felt welcoming and relaxed, which made it especially comfortable for our family. After long days out in Hong Kong, it was always nice to come back to The Figo and unwind. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

The hotel is in a great location, but there are a few downsides. It is about an 8-minute walk from the MTR, and the pathway to the hotel is uneven, making it difficult to push luggage. The room is small with very limited walking space. The hotel also shares the same building with commercial shops, so lift waiting times can be long. There are only two small lifts, and one is often out of service for maintenance.

This boutique hotel was a great experience if you want to be near a station (Sai Ying Pun) and be walking distance from many cafes found in Sheung Wan and SoHo area. Stay experience was 10/10. Suite room was spacious and cold (2 AC units working perfectly). Queen-sized bed was spacious, had 4 pillows (5th pillow found in closet), mattress was memory foam + duvet felt like bamboo cotton (very comfy!). Bathroom was 8.5/10. Shower has strong pressure and heater was fast and responsive. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel was available and plenty. No issues with sink/toilet -- they worked great. My only comment was the daily towel changes werent so good. My 2nd day towel has a bit of a smell and a frayed hole in it too. Overall amenities by the 4th floor lobby were great! The 2 balcony areas were a great experience to be outdoors with tables and chairs to lounge and hang out. The free bar area with water, Coca Cola, beer, coffee were life savers throughout the trip. I'd 100% recommend this for young couples who love quality service, attention to detail, and need proximity for exploration/city travel. Plus points: Location: Next to a convenience store: U Select and a semi fine dining Japanese restaurant: Honjo.

Decent size room for the price and location. Best perk is the free drinks at the reception floor. A good to know is their entrance is a little odd, it’s a part of a commercial building so take note to walk through an ordinary office building entrance and get access to 4/F to check in. Another slight down side, which often you see at other hotels, is the bathroom has no place to hang clothes or large towels, they placed the hooks at the strangest place. While they encourage you to hang up towels for reuse as an eco initiative but there’s no where to hang it!

Quiet location. Room is nice and clean. For a hotel locate near the central, price is acceptable.

It was really chic and cozy staying at the Figo. Got a good deal through Klook. As usual, it was easy to check in with the booking details ready. Only needed ID and show the confirmation upon check in. Place is located in an area, say 10 mins walk from the MTR, so it’s not too bad. Lots of restaurants & convenience stores nearby which was great. Check out was smooth as well. Would definitely return and highly suggest travelers, couples especially.
