Good experience. Clean property and helpful staff. I would recommend.

Not really a party place. The bars close early. The pool party is non existent. The upstairs bar closed at 1030pm. Even with people trying to party. The band just stopped playing 2 nights in a row. Food is very good and very nice staff. More relaxing than party time. Nice, but not for us

Great stay

Reasons to stay The property was clean, great location, super accommodating staff. The room was clean, but a bit plain beyond the bathroom area, but overall value for the price was on point. Happy with the restaurant choices and food quality. I'd stay again, but had a few hiccups and one dissappointment. Hiccups First day the room was not picked up but the mini-bar was replenished, so they did come in. Seemed odd they left dirty glasses and plates in the room and didn't straighten the bed? I requested they return, at least remove the dirty glasses and dishes, which they did. To their credit, no issues on the following days so I chalked it up to a simple oversight. I had late checkout at 1pm, but received a call at 12p informing me it was checkout time. I explained, she apologized and we moved on. At 1215 I recieved a knock on the door to clean the room, I explained and she happily moved on. They never gave me a hard time, just annoying that I kept getting interrupted and having to explain rather than it be coordinated correctly. On several occasions staff came to the room for service or delivery, knocked but entered before i could get to the door, you shouldn't enter so quickly unless you want an awkward situation. Dissapointment - Noise! Walls very thin!! Boats in the marina playing loud music at 630am, sea lions bark until 1am, construction behind the rooms begin at 8am. Every word in hallway can be heard clearly. There is very little soundproofing.Don't plan to sleep in!

The Breathless Resort was exactly what my wife and I were looking for on our anniversary. The resort is in the best spot, walking distance to everything near the marina! Not that you need to go off the resort for food, because the food in the resort was top quality, but several great restaurants and bars just down the boardwalk. One thing that stood out about this resort was that the service was top notch. Every single employee was friendly and helpful, which to me is #1 for an all inclusive vacation. From the bar service, to the entertainment staff, to the restaurants; everyone was excellent. Not one complaint there. The pool is clean and large, very chill vibes with a live DJ to boost the mood. The beach was one of the best ones I've been to! Not one complaint on our end!

I checked in the hotel,my luggage took ever to get to the room.walking from one building to another building for restaurants and amenity not acceptable.

Nice resort but 2 seperate buildings . Staff customer service is horrible . Very rude and Greddy for money .

Disappointed in this hotel, the amenities and the restaurants is not what I expected, the only good experience I had was in OCOTE , I HAD Great service there and the experience was beautiful. Bites was so disappointing the first night they had no Arachera / beef , we ordered with time and then at last thet said the kitchen switched to lunch and we couldn't order nothing no more. 2nd night it was the same thing here. And the fish nets took forever for our food and it was completely empty, the resort was not even 50% capacity and the service was slow. The amenities end so early so it's like a ghost town after 11 the shows should last at least a bit longer. The fire show was good other than that everything ends early service is slow and restaurants are very strict other resorts I have stayed at have always tried to make us feel at home and helped our meals in every way here they didn't. Don't think I'll come back
