My favorite hotel when visiting NYC. The staff always go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. It’s the cleanest hotel in time square. The bar and gym are always great. I love the location and every room has a good view even if it isn’t time square

Booked room with Timesquare view expected to see ball drop since picture showed view of ball drop, but was given room on the opposite side with no ball drop. Needless to say my mom who has knee pain was very disappointed. Pictures on website is misleading.
