We had a pleasant stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to Sunway Pyramid Mall and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for families. We would definitely consider staying here again.

very convenient location, it’s located in a mall, few steps away from sunway lagoon, hawker food is right accross the hotel. plus all of the staff are very nice! they even gave my sun a balloon and chocolate since it was his birthday. thank you!

Everything was nice and great. Food also even though it is in another building (Sunway Resort Hotel) which is only 5mins walk (considering need to take lift). The only issue i had was the Carpark which has limited parking lots and when you reached the last level (G06), you will be led to exit and enter into Sunway Resort Hotel parking by the security where you won't be able to come back to Sunway Pyramid Hotel's carpark unless you exit from the carpark (RM3) which i did and i re-enter Sunway Pyramid Hotel carpark again to search for lots again (top down).

A perfect weekend gateway! Stayed here for an event. I find it family friendly tho I didn't come as one. Properly connected to the mall, Sunway Resort Hotel and of course Sunway Lagoon. Really love the breakfast! The only cons part no mineral water and need to walk a bit to the restaurant for breakfast.
