BEST HOTEL TO STAY IN SPECIALLY WHEN TRAVELING WITH KIDS! this hotel saved me. I was traveling alone with a toddler but this hotel helped me a lot. they have a shuttle from and to Disneyland which was helpful specially after fireworks where busses and trains get really busy the shuttle service saved us time and money. the hotel is very clean, they have housekeeping every morning I leave the hotel messy and come back clean. THE BEST! and the staff, they are GREAT! all of them are very friendly and helpful, one of their staff BRENDEN helped us when our octopus card didn’t work, heaven sent!!! the best hotel in Hongkong

Beautiful hotel, clean with comfortable rooms. It has a Disney shuttle but only twice in the morning and twice at park closing. Not a lot for dining around. there is a grocery store but prices are high. I expected more from the staff at such a nice hotel. Never greeted coming back to the hotel, there was no one to help with luggage or show you your room at check in. When we checked out we didn’t even get a goodbye or thanks for staying with us. Staff could definitley be more engaged at the desk. Cleaning staff were great. rooms were clean and they were friendly. good hotel for going to Disney but pretty far from everything else.
