The good thing was the location, the view and the room layout was nice. Unfortunately our showerhead didn’t work well and had a big leak — and it took them a day and a half to find someone to fix it.

We stayed in an exceutive room with a view of the harbour. Room was clean & well presented. Good variety of options at Breakfast. Staff very friendly & efficient would stay again. There is also a public swimming pool right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was close to subway line, the hotel was nice with large spacious rooms overlooking the canal. the room was very clean, with a large bathroom which had a bath and a shower. The buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of cereals, cold meats, hot food and pastries. I would certainly go back to this hotel if staying in Copenhagen.

Stayed with family

The staff exceeded expectations… Particularly Ray and Frederick and Ana. All staff were lovely. The room was fabulous with every amenity we could’ve asked for and it was nice that the hotel was right beside the big mall where we could shop and find places to eat. Close to the metro and a beautiful view of the canal from our room. We would definitely stay there again.

Solo stay

Started with phone in the room they gave me was broken. I could not make a call to the front desk. Then, there was no slippers being offer for standard room guests. Then, the was some note in the room saying you have to call the front desk by 10 pm the night before to request cleaning the room. Last, some of front staffs have an altitude and was very unhelpful. They seem like they didn't even want to work.
