Location - good, about 5-6 min walk from the subway and bus stop, with restaurants, convenience store, restaurants and pharmacy with the area too Staff - good, helped me out when I forgot my key card in my hotel room but could still be improved Cleanliness - hotel room and areas seemed pretty clean, in my 3 nights they only cleaned once but it’s ok Atmosphere and facilities - everything is good, hotel room is actually pretty spacious if you’re solo traveling. you have to pay for laundry though (it’s just that I’ve experienced other hotel in Seoul with free laundry), and they only have one washing machine and one dryer so if there’s a lot of people doing it you might need to queue but other than that everything is good
