Great

Stayed with kids

Hotel staff was great and very helpful. Stayed in room 620 and one of the beds is horribly squeaky if you move. I'd fix that. Also the breakfast at The Porch was lacklustre. Their staff was very friendly but it was disorganized and food was cold.

It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but there are definitely people smoking in their rooms. I mentioned it to the staff, but the smoking continued.

Hotel itself was great and staff fantastic but this hotel has THE WORST parking garage. Very small and cramped and some open spots were inaccessible to anything but a subcompact car.

The location is great for walking to attractions downtown. The hotel is definitely showing wear and tear that should be addressed.
