Below averageStayed with friends
Cons: Toilet has not been cleaned in a while, room smelled like mildew, hole in sheets, lamps and other metal fixtures very corroded, suspicious stains on wall and door in bathroom, reading lights not functional, a ROACH was in my bed, and the WiFi only worked 10% of the time
Pros: dirt cheap, parking, on bus line to downtown
Overall, would not stay here again

GoodSolo stay
Room was musty and everything was damp. Carpet made your socks feel gross. Saw a couple roaches. Linens were clean. I put a Do not Disturb sign up for my stayover because I didn't want service. They came in anyway and made the bed. Wonder if my stuff wasn't rifled through. This place was cheap but probably still not a good value.

GreatSolo stay
first room smelled like cigarettes, went and got a new room and it was good. The staff were very helpful with switching rooms. The room was clean and well organized. First thing I noticed was the toilet paper holder was able to come out of the wall. Part of the toilet was rusted at the seat connections. The shower was a good temperature, and the bed was soft. Wish they had bigger pillows, and not couch sized decoration ones.

Staff was helpful, but not friendly. Room smelled dank, wet, like previous guests had smoked in the room. Air conditioner worked, but loud. Next morning, discovered 2 cockroaches in the shower! Breakfast was decent, but two of four juices not available.

The room was clean but that was it. we were supposed to be in non-smoking but everyone around us was smoking. The hallways needed cleaning and there were cigarette buts around some of the rooms. Parking was close. Location was about 15 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

I didn't use any amenities or breakfast (unfortunately). The room was what you'd expect for the price. I'd stay there again.

Where to begin. From the power in our room going out, getting blamed for it, being accused of cooking in our hotel room (we didn't even use the microwave) causing the breaker to switch, our sink leaking water all over the counter tops anytime it was used ruining some of our stuff, wet smelly carpet that was DANK, and when I tried to bring these issues up the coworker with a red bowl cut and middle aged interrupted every time I tried to speak and ended up screaming at me to "go to my damn room" when I told her to let me speak, made me literally cry, scared me and I will never stay here again. Being screamed at is very traumatic for me.
