We were warmly greeted by a very helpful and courteous front desk staff. The room was nice. The fitness room was musty, and there is no pool. The location was good.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was a fabulous location, easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. Also, our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely attentive, friendly and did great at offering recommendations for food and shopping.

What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple. Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay.
