Great They went out of their way way to get gluten free bread for me for the included breakfast when they found out i had celiac; the staff were generally very helpful. If you need to store your luggage (because you arrive early or are staying in town for a few hours after checkout, you have to bring them to a place across the street (4 pounds per day for 1 large bag or two small)

Great location just off the Royal Mile. Room was small, addition of 2 chairs made it hard to move around bed. Bathroom could do with an update.

Overall I had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was the only negative. The food was quite bland and overcooked.
