숙소는 생각보다 깔금하고 좋았는데 해 떨어지면 도보로 갈만한 곳 없어요

오래되긴 했지만 비교적 깨끗하게 관리되고 있는 호텔로 보여집니다. 인근 승용차로 10분거리에 식당 등 편의시설과 관광지등 있어 가족여행하기 좋은 곳입니다.

소중한 사람들과 조용하게 연말을 보내고 싶다면 위즈호텔 추천드려요 북적거리는거 싫어해서 파주로 왔는데 눈치게임 대성공!! 나만 알고 싶은 곳이지만 너무 잘보내고 와서 후기 남겨요 스카이라운지에서 스테이크 와인 마시면서 피아노 라이브 연주 들었는데 분위기가 너무 좋았어요 라운지에서 스테이크는 꼭 드셔보세요 스테이크 고기 부드럽고 육즙가득~ 야채가 정말 신선해요 너무 맛있었어요 강이 보이는 리버뷰였는데 정말 낭만적인 시간이었어요 스카이라운지는 꼭 꼭 방문하시길 추천드려요 행복한 화이트 크리스마스 보내고 왔습니다

사장님이 굉장히 친절하세요 저희 룸도 예약했던 룸보다 업크레이드 해 주셨어요 아침 조식 괜찮습니다 특히 한식은 반찬도 깔끔하고 좋습니다 단지 룸안 욕조에 떨어져있던 검은색 재,옷장안 가운에 붙어있는 여성 머리카락은 좀 그랬어요 나머지는 좋았습니다

バスタブにお湯を溜めたところ、前泊者？と思われる長い髪の毛の塊が浮いてきて非常に不潔で不快でした。 連泊だったので清掃を依頼するもバスタブは前日使用したまま。 2度と泊まりたくない施設です。

아주 형편없는 룸컨디션에 언제했을지 모르는 청소..특히 샤워부스및 화장실 전반에 곰팡이가 많이 껴있음..방음도 전혀 안되고..이가격이면 파주시내 3성급 신축 호텔에서 투숙하는게 훨씬 좋음!

화장실에서 냄새나요. 변기에서… 진짜 청결 심각합니다..

Hotel is a bit old, but it's been well managed. It is only 2~3 minute away from Haeri Culture Town, and got great rivie & mountain view from the balcony.

First of all, the people we encountered were friendly. Even my Korean wife, who prefers to avoid speaking to hotel managers because they are often rude to women, had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, but aging. Nothing too bad, but it just seemed that while there was a clear style that was impressive, if you looked long enough, you could see that the maintenance was neglected. There were two negatives. First, the in-room jacuzzi tub was broken. Only a couple of jets worked. I booked this hotel specifically because of the jacuzzi tub and wanting to get a little therapy while recovering from an injury. Couldn't happen how I hoped. The second has to do with the maintenance. It rained heavily all day and night and, apparently, the veranda drain was clogged because we woke up in the morning to a flooded room. Our backpacks with our clean clothes had been left on the floor so they were wet. The original solution from the staff was for us to take all of our things to the top floor restaurant, but eventually agreed to open another room for us across the hall for us and have the cleaning staff wash and dry our wet clothing. BONUS: The jacuzzi worked in the new room! With all of this we were barely able to get our clothing back and out of the hotel by checkout time. It would have been nice of them to offer more time or something for the inconvenience, but having stayed in several hotels in Korea, we were just happy they didn't blame us for the rain.
