The facilities been great... nice lobby on the intrance with coffee machine. nice area to sit with laptop and have a coffee with people around. many check ins and outs all the time.. busy place. aesthetic. I had some inconvinient incident regarding my stay, I was ordered the iSimple room. on the check-in asked to have a view if possible (it seems on the photo it has great open views) and said that I might extend another night... I did the check in... it was nice(the view ain't full open as it might look on the pictures - building around closes the view)... and couple of hours later I went to check about the price for another night. I've been told a price almost triple then the first night...cause " I've been upgraded" to the iBusiness room(didnt inform me about it on the check in) and if i want another night i need to pay the price of the upgraded room or do the check in up to 11 and check in from 14 the next day... still convinient hotel due...

i like this hotel. clean, convenient location, close to both bus stops and the mtr station. there's 2 bakeries around the corner, couple of other daily necessities kind of shops

It was a beautiful, up to date hote. we were upgraded to the suite maybe because it was a Sunday and we checked in late night at around 10pm. The reception area was in the 2nd floor. There were 3 elevators -- the 3rd one was only dedicated to 2nd floor were the receptionist was at. The receptionist at night and the receptionist in the am were very friendly and courteous. service: 10/10 cleanliness: 10/10 hotel location: 10/10 cleanliness:The suite was very modern -- all glass. 2 full baths. 2 TVs. We had a great experience with this hotel. My regret was not staying longer. We had to leave very early in the am for our tour. We didn't get to eat the free breakfast. Next time, we will stay longer.

This is not the first time my parents have stayed at this hotel, and they have also stayed at the same brand’s hotel in Sheung Wan before. They chose this hotel again because they were very satisfied with their previous experience. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is consistently good. Overall, a reliable choice and a hotel they are happy to return to whenever they visit Hong Kong.

Convenient location, 3 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR station. Spacious and clean room. Next to the Sheung Wan Market, which means easy access to Dong Kee for good food. Need to go down to 2/F reception to fill in water with the container provided in the room

The hotel location was near enough to walk going to central. Place was clean. Hotel provided free light breakfast such as bread, coffee, water. Staff was helpful, easy and fast check in and check out.

it’s alright if you don’t expect too much from this place. nothing special but definitely gets the job done. hotel location: good

$160 aud per night for the basic room 1602. the room was spacious and the bed was really firm. the cleanliness was good, but some wear and tears in some areas.

iClub Sheungwan was recommended by a vlogger in the Philippines (The Poor Traveler) and thankfully we watched them because we had a pleasant stay during our hotel transfer from Tung Chung to Central. It was near Victoria Peak and A11 Bus going to airport and if you want to go to Macau there’s a ferry nearby. The 24/7 complimentary water, coffee, and ice were also great addition in their iLounge in the 2nd flr. They also have a simple free breakfast every day at 7:30am. Surprisingly, the room exceeded our expectations for an affordable price and it was neat. The only comment we have is it seems the room was not soundproof you can be heard from the hallways.
