so far this is the best hotel in Batam in terms of price, facility, staff and no bs. ps. breakfast is super duper nice and have whole lot of variation in my view. never expected to have kolak pisang and traditional kueh here. Dont waste ur money in other places

This hotel continues to offer excellent value for money thanks to its prime location within walking distance of BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, A2 Food Court, and numerous massage outlets. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure, and breakfast has improved significantly since my last stay. However, the property is clearly showing its age and is overdue for refurbishment. The biggest drawback is the underperforming air-conditioning, which struggles to cool the room adequately even at the lowest temperature setting. The minibar fridge is also ineffective, and some amenities, such as refillable bathroom dispensers and hand towels, would enhance the guest experience. Overall, despite its aging facilities, this remains a good budget-friendly option in a highly convenient location. If the hotel invests in renovations and upgrades its air-conditioning system, it would be an even stronger choice for future stays.

very good location with all the amenities around the hotel. such as massage places, malls and eating places. there are lots of pop up cafes now in Penuin area too! worth the visit.
