Fantastic
This hotel was definitely 10/10. The cleanliness, the staff, the quality of customer service. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing was the room was small but for me on a solo date that was fine and that won’t lower my score. It’s also connected to a restaurant that has amazing food! I cannot wait to go again and stay here. Also, rent the bikes and explore the city. They are free as a guest staying there.

Below average

looks nothing like the photos online, tiny hotel, no elevator. room was literally a shoe box that was advertised as a “king” room. would not stay here again. also a TINY valet lot that’s overpriced for the fact you can literally walk to your car in 2 seconds rather than them do it for you….and it’s very hard to find any other street parking in the area. I literally feel like I got scammed staying here.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Could have done without the train, but other than that, no complaints. Best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Loved the aesthetic.

Fantastic
Great location! Walking distance to the funk zone and to the pier. Lots of restaurant options. Very small room & bathroom and the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you’re in the second floor u have to go up the stairs. I would stay again.

Great

The lobby and common areas of the property are very nice. There is a great outdoor lounge or work area on the 2nd floor, which was really cool for doing some early morning email catch-up. The location can’t be beat. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but comfortable for one or two guests. The major downside was the bathroom, which was woefully small and poorly laid out. There is no real enclosure around the shower, which made it impossible to keep the floor dry. One person barely fit in the bathroom; certainly not suitable for a couple trying to get ready together. The room was relatively clean, however, I did notice that my white socks were pretty dingy after walking around. That floor hadn’t been properly scrubbed in a while. Overall would still recommend, especially because of the location.

The hotel was nice but the rooms were very small. I was not expecting the size of the space to be small. Overall, the hotel was clean and very close to everything in town.

The location was great. Rooms were well done but TINY. Bathroom door is a smoked glass door (basically a nice shower door) so when you turn the light on or use the bathroom everyone in the room is impacted. In room AC didn't get cold, only acted as a fan. Shower and toilet basically share the same space, with another glass door between them that swivels to give more room but water still gets everywhere. Also, you can hear every noise coming from the hallway and nearby rooms. You can tell that they tried to make the most of the space but for $500+ a night it's too tight and too much for two people. And they only have parking (valet) for about 10 cars. The parking lot is so small I'm not sure why they need a valet. A valet should park all cars in a remote lot vs no parking. We paid $65 a night for the parking lot across the street. Staff was great, location was great but I wouldn't go back due to the above.
