Everything was clean and well maintained. The only thing was the bed and pillow was abit to hard for me

I was a little disappointed when I left it too late to book the Hotel Cosmos at Futuroscope as I had ummed and ahhed about it due to the high cost then it booked up. I researched the others and decided upon Hotel Plaza. We arrived at about 10.30am and were able to park and headed straight to Futuroscope. We had a great day and didn't get back to the hotel til almost 10pm. The hotel looks a little dull from the outside but is a lot larger inside than it looks and also more modern. It was also lovely and cool which was a relief given the heat outside! Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size with a lovely bathroom with bathtub. There was a fridge which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard but had enough for everyone. There was bacon and eggs, boiled eggs, hams, cheeses, pain au chocolats, croissants, variety of bread, yogurts, fruit, pancakes and cereals. Also coffee machines and tea with teapots which was nice. They were showing the football which was good if you wanted to watch. There was a small arcade and pool which if we had stayed longer for i'm sure would have been used. It was about 10/15 minute walk to Futuroscope- easy enough and saved 13 euro on parking although we did park on the check out day as headed to Aquascope. All in all given we only spent a few hours awake in the hotel, I am glad we didn't spend so much more for cosmos which would have been nice but my son was very happy in any case so job done! Thank you!

We spent a very good time in hotel. We just booked for one night All staff super friendly but Desiré is a superstar very kind and helpful thanks a lot !!! 😉 Breakfast service plenty food to choose. Swimming pool nice 👌. Bedroom very confortable

Big, clean hotel with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Good selection for breakfast, but limited places to get a meal locally, and nothing available if you arrive late to check-in! 15 mins walk from Futuroscope (which is very much aimed at the French market).

Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family.

We just needed a hotel for a single night for our family and the Futuroscope was absolutely grand. It was great being able to book connecting rooms and they worked really well. We arrived at about 10pm, so sadly weren't able to get food at the hotel. There are takeaway places close to the hotel, so we could grab something there. There's also a decent place for breakfast just next door. We took a trip into Poitiers itself, which was really nice. It cost about 20 euros each way in a taxi but was a great way to spend a few hours before we headed on

Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. Bar was always unattended so you to go to reception to get someone to come over to order, the cocktails were pretty good though.
