Great location in Boston’s Back Bay Area. Hotel is well maintained and is one of the two hotel anchors for the Copley Place high end shopping mall below. Connects by indoor bridges to the Prudential Center shopping and dining complex (don’t miss Eataly there).

Just back from a fantastic trip to Boston to watch Scotland, and our stay at The Westin Copley Place made the experience even more memorable. The hotel is in a superb location, with easy access to the city’s attractions, restaurants and transport links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A real highlight was that the Scotland national team were also staying at the hotel, which created a great atmosphere for travelling supporters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Hotel is imacculate, staff is friendly and very helpful and our room was amazing. We did a lot of sightseeing and enjoyed a couple of meals in our room. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

This was a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location for exploring the best of Boston city centre. Close to shops, bars and restaurants and train stations if you didn't fancy doing too much walking.

When we first got into the room it was smelly and also the ceiling was wet average room very expensive $545 and then at the end of our stay they told us that they have a resort fee of $35 which was not mentioned at all when we checked in and on the Internet when it said including all fees
