It wasn’t the best lotte property we’ve stayed at but for the price it was fine and comfortable. A little outdated. Crowded moderate size pool. Definitely more for family with young kids. Nice location. Kind staff. Overall pleasant stay for our family.

Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the Lotte Jeju Hotel and are already making plans to visit again. The hotel’s beautiful oceanside views made the experience truly special and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets. The buffet selections were excellent with amazing options for everyone. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. From the front desk and concierge to housekeeping, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and attentive. One of our favorite features was the Record listening area, which was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. We also loved the easy walking access to nearby restaurants and the 7-Eleven, which added extra convenience to our stay. Overall, the Lotte Jeju Hotel provided a luxury experience with exceptional service, beautiful views, and outstanding amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.

Poolside using an umbrella in street clothes with 6 family members, only 2 swimming, we were told to stop using the umbrella. It could have been wind or it could have been not wanting non swimmers in the area.

This hotel was pretty nice. Not necessarily a five star but worth what we paid for. If you’re looking for quick access to the beach, this is not the place. But there were many restaurants around the area of the hotel. A convenience store and a bakery right next door was very nice. The hotel itself was kept very clean, and the staff was fairly helpful.
