nice hotel in the middle of tsim sha tsui. plenty of restaurants around the area. there is a high end mall below the hotel. there is a nice Mediterranean restaurant that close late in the evening if you want midnight snacks. the pizza was good.

This is a great hotel, ideally located in Kowloon. If you've got an event at Kai Tak or at the new sports stadium, then this is the place to stay. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and professional. Shout-out to Kelvin at the front desk who helped me check in, and gave me some great advice about Kai Tak and how to navigate it for my Coldplay experience and Caire in the cafe who took care of me. All the staff were brilliant but sadly, I wasn't able to get everyone's names. Locating it's a bit tricky as it's situated above the K11 Art Mall which should mean it's easy to find but the entrance isn't that easy to spot. It doesn't help I'm notably bad at geography hahaha. So at Tsim Tsa Shui subway station, get out at Exit N3 and the main entrance of the hotel is directly across the road from that. You'll need to take the lift up to the lobby to check in.

Hotel is in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui near the MTR and some restaurants. The room is clean, larger the usual hotels in HK and has views of the harbour.

Friendly staffs, Great options of foods with dynamic cuisines, Good choice for family gathering !! --> minor suggestion: would be even better if can offer self-serve coffee(s) ^^

The hotel is superb, the hotel staffs were especially supportive and helpful in solving my booking issue. We stayed for 4 days with breakfast via klook booking. We were made aware that our booking was passed to another agency that caused discrepancy in our booking. We'd suggest klook to review partnering agency and set a high standard so that our unpleasant booking experience don't repeat. We'd also like to wish good business and longevity for Hyatt Regency Hong Kong for their people oriented service and splendid knowledgeable staffs, thank you for having us

Checkin takes some time coz the outbreak of another wave of pandemic, but understandable totally. Room is spacious and the vibe is decent with various light controls. The breakfast were serve in semi- buffet but the waitress told me that I can order the main course whatever I want, such a great gesture. However the egg Benedict was just average. Personally I recommend another choice apart from it, but it is a bargain and decent staycation experience
