For business

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room felt very dated and lacked the cleanliness one would expect. It had an overall old and somewhat filthy appearance, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or accommodating, which added to my dissatisfaction. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas because with some renovations and better service, it could be a much more pleasant experience for guests.

Stayed with family

Nice Hotel! We were with a group of 10 and everyone raved about the food at the restaurant. We enjoyed the bar area both nights we were there. We had issues with the thermostat but the hotel was quick to resolve the issue. Overall, very pleased with this hotel!

Solo stay

I stayed only for one night. The hotel seemed good, but there were couple of issues with my particular room. 1) The washroom lacked hot water pressure in the sink almost non (shower was fine). I reported the fault to the hotel reception and they took note of it. Nothing was done, possibly because it was late evening - and I was only there for the night, so could manage through. 2) The shower curtain was not long enough, not all the way to the floor of shower basin, causing room water spread all over the bath room. Apart from the room washroom issues, the overall the hotel seemed a good 4 star, in the lobby, and staff were friendly enough,
