we arrived late at night check in was smooth staff are courteous helpful food was ok almost same kind every day it’s nice they have iron at 8th floor free of charge laundry you have to pay reasonable price room is fairly in size but not enough closet drawers to put your things and the bathroom is a little bit bigger they have in the cruise ship it’s not safe for elderly and the shower is only for kids and short people if you’re tall you hit the ceiling other people might don’t care

Hotel was great and love the there is a pizza hut and CU near the area. housekeeping staff is great and always keeps our room clean. front office may need improvement as they do not offer much assistance esp on taxi services

Quite a bit of walk from train station but close to 3 train stations of different colours. Room is huge, there’s bedroom, tatami, bathroom with bath tub and even a make up area. Also hotel can help to order 24hours kyochan chicken (1 of the popular chicken in Seoul). Feedback to build more washer.

The location was perfect as it was close to many places I wanted to visit such as the Gwangjang Market. I also loved that there was a 24 hour convenice store within minutes walk. Staff was also very helpful when we contacted them about the room being too hot as they brought us a fan and even helped us figure out the TV all at 2 in the morning. I would definitely go back.

We spent a total of 5 nights at this hotel. It was conveniently located near authentic and very affordable sampgyup restaurants. It was also walking distance from the market which featured the famous Netflix Street Food Korea! The hotel had a 24-hour convenient store called "Nice 2 C U" in the lobby, which had everything you will need.

We had a superb stay at this hotel. As we visited another part of Korea for a few days, they let us leave some of our baggage in their locker room, for free! They had very accommodating staff and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous!
