the location was so good, right at Tin Hau station, with plenty of food options within walking distance. hotel room was really clean and i was upgraded.

Our stay at the Regal Hong Kong Hotel was disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The property seemed outdated, and there was no air conditioning in our room. The staff opened the window to let in cool air, as depicted in the pictures, but this felt unsafe, particularly since we were traveling with a 10-year-old child. They offered an electric fan, but it didn’t provide much relief. Additionally, after taking a bath, the bathroom flooded, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Due to these issues, we decided to check out early, forfeiting our payment for the second night. Given the condition of the hotel, we feel it was significantly overpriced for what it offered. We sincerely hope the management takes steps to address these concerns for the benefit of future guests. In stark contrast, our stay at Nina Hotel Causeway Bay, near Tin Hau MTR Station, was a delightful experience. While still at Regal, I made a last-minute reservation for a Superior Twin Room at Nina Hotel, as it was our final night in Hong Kong. Upon checking in, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and informed us that they had upgraded our room. I expected a deluxe or superior king room, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to a Deluxe Twin Suite! The suite was beyond our expectations: a spacious living room, two bathrooms, a bathtub, two double beds, and a sofa bed in the living area. It was ideal for our family, providing both comfort and ample space to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The suite was modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. The staff’s hospitality really stood out, and we felt genuinely welcomed. Nina Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice to end our trip on a high note, and we would definitely return in the future. This hotel truly delivered an exceptional experience!

our second time here bcoz we love the place, the front desk, the room and the service! The first time we took the king bed and this time we took the 2 double beds! Both were great! we were pleasantly surprised that the room was ready when we got there before 12noon! Nothing more to say because everything was excellent!
