Stayed with kids

First off, my hotel room had a lot off gnats (bugs) inside and especially outside the room (balcony area) it was a serious problem. Also, the restaurant had a lot of gnats (bugs) all over the vegetables and the fruits. The bugs were on the hot foods as well. Eating was not pleasant or enjoyable My room is with a jacuzzi and when I tried using it the morning of check out, it would not turn on. I am a frequent customer at the Rihga hotel and usually enjoyable. Unfortunately, this stay was not. I informed the front desk upon check out about my issues.

The area is set in a rather sketchy part of town but close enough to the Guam Premier Outlets that it makes up for the location. The hotel, however, smelled of mildew. Specifically the 1st floor and the area near the gym.

Stayed with kids

The views were amazing, and the hotel’s beachfront location was fantastic. The only inconvenience was a ceiling leak in our bathroom. After reporting it to the front desk, we were moved to a different room within 24 hours, which we appreciated. Our original room was also a bit dusty, and some surfaces did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but I wish the condition of the room had been better. Overall, the location and views were the highlights of our experience.

Quick layover.. free bus service in morning to the airport. Limited service for titanium members. No breakfast service. A 24 hour mini market is located off the lobby. Unique room. Overall a good stay

Stayed with kids

I always choose to come back to Rhiga whenever I have the chance. Although it may be older than many hotels, the staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I’ve never had any issues except when the door was being opened at 8am after one knock by the staff lol which im sure must have been a small mistake.
