We had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Desaru Coast. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, with a lovely beachfront and great facilities for families. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the room did not feel as cosy as expected, even with the air-conditioning and fan. It could be improved for better comfort. Overall, still a great place to relax and unwind, and we would consider returning.

great location for a getaway from the city, 1hr30min drive from CIQ. breakfast spread was ok with great variety, pool and entertainment (cycling and watersport) sadly only open from 7am to 7pm Beach have benches and kid friendly entertainment (sand castle kit) available . TV in the room is the older version, unable to be connected via chromecast or miracast for apple user sadly. Pool water and water has very strong chroline (to make water cleaner maybe) making hair very damaged. Otherwise good stay!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are nice, approachable and willing to extend help when needed. The food was also amazing especially at Prego. For the breakfast, love that some of the dish is different with the previous day and has a lot of variety of food. Would love to come back to thus hotel.

Stayed for 1 nights. Clean room, comfortable bed. Not sure if it's because of the sightseeing or not, but the air conditioning was cool. The service staff were good from the reservations team to the reception. There is a spacious, clean, and comfortable recreational room.
