We were supposed to stay for two nights. Unfortunately, our condo in Las Vegas was flooded so we had to cut our trip short by a day.
But in the one day, we stayed there we love the location, the proximity to the beach boardwalk. The owner of the hotel checked us in and he was a super nice man.
When we returned to Santa Cruz, hopefully in the near future will definitely stay there again. I would sure love to see if it’s possible to get some sort of a credit for the day we had to cut short.

Free parking was always available onsite within 30 feet of the room.
Each room is equipped with it's own digital HVAC unit. Therefore, we were able to set the digital temperature appropriate for the time of day. When thr sun was up, we would use the air conditioner. However, when the sun would go down, the beach area would get cold, so at bedtime we would set the thermometer to heat the room
It was very easy to keep the temp in our room perfect for us.

Hard to locate and park as it was on a hill. Location was good though - near the boardwalk and activity. Room was a little dated.
