The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained and the rooms are very nice, the bed was excellent. The place is just off Ave Wagram but is very quiet. The staff are friendly and always helpful with information or directions. The best thing is the location. Just 100 meters from the Arc de Triomphe and several Metro lines. Plenty of good food and drink and a supermarket in the immediate neighborhood. We will stay here again.

Excelente location Safe and quiet area . Very close to arch of triumph The Staff , mainly the guy named Teo was very nice and helpful. Very clean hotel . They change towels and clean rooms every day. It has elevator and rooms are quite big.

If you’re looking for what you’ve always imagined staying in Paris would be like, this is the place! Perfect location, right in the centre of town. Easy access to the train but also very walkable. Lots of local cafes to try out open at all hours. Convenience and grocery stores near by, walking distance to the shopping district and overall a very safe and comfortable feeling neighbourhood! Would definitely stay here again!!

I was surprised at the spaciousness of the room. It was not cramped for Paris standards. The bathroom was spacious enough to have a small bathtub. Coffee and tea was offered in the room as well and the location was really good, just a few minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. It's worth considering to stay.
